As a business and project analyst, I translate data into valuable and comprehensible insights to find potential improvement points. My goal is improve to my outputs, reduce costs and make the right decision for the industry.
I am experienced in data analysis, lean six-sigma, and total quality management (TQM), and use data visualization techniques to present the results. I use Python, PowerBi, MS Project, and Smartsheet for my projects.
Data analysis
I specialized in analyzing data. Results, insights, and recommendations are clearly presented in reports or dashboards.
Dashboards
Dashboards show the most recent result in an interactive and visualizing way. By clicking, you examine trends and patterns yourself.
Interactive infographics
Same as Dashboards, Infographics help the customers understand the most important insights in the business. Giving them an interactive presentation for working.
Project management
As a yellow belt six sigma, I have experience managing projects. Developed project charter, manage the activities, schedule the activities and choose the best team members for each task.
Advice and coaching projects
Before and during projects, I give advice on the progress of the project and I coach all team members. I specialized in data and operations improvement projects

Hi, my name is Sebastian Torres and I work as a Business Analyst & Project Consultant.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (UPC Perú) and Master's degree in International Business (Hult International Business School).
Since my youth, I have always enjoyed to solve puzzles and riddles. That is how I look at projects: to me it is one big puzzle I need to solve. Finding patterns and opportunities is the challenge to me.
I have over 4 years of experience working as a business consultant for logistics, construction, and trading industries. Have worked for more than 7 companies which gives me the ability to translate complex problems into understable solutions.
