Focus on the quality of service for customers, designing communication channels to improve the customer's experience and raise the perception of quality. Developed a cross-functional communication system to articulate work for transportation, operations, in-port, and office.
Decrease waste time and operational cost by 10%
Decreased lead time by 15%

Customer and Supplier Filter
To ensure the security of all operations in the port, a customer filter based on: Financials, International Security, and Tax status (SUNAT). The system works to reduce the possibility of working with "Ghost" companies or potential money laundry companies/individuals.

Implement an ERP system
Design a communication system based on international operations for importation and exportation. Assign a level of security to each document, and design the workflow of documents on internal communications and external communications.
Developed with Sintad Peru an ERP system for the company's server. Ensuring that all documentation managed on the processes is saved on the server. As shown in the process above, all the documentation must be saved on the server.
